Well Hello there . . .

It's me again Margret. . .

Dang it's been a while since I posted here. Funny I get annoyed when the blogs I follow stop posting for a week or so and here I am doing the same thing. Well part of it comes from having too mush stuff to do in "real life" so any time I have left goes to the midgets. Not sure if anyone reads this drivel but I'll keep putting them out there as I can.

So previously, I had mentioned the Munchkins would be posting here together but then I wound up being the only one with either internet access, or anything worth saying I guess. Maybe the other Munchkins will set up. I have some pictures of one of the projects we completed. I'll have to take a minuet and figure out how to upload them.

Anyway, just thought I'd post and let anyone who actually reads this know I am still around, Maybe I'll get a bit to update the craziness that is my life from the past year. Most likely not and I will just start again from here but I never know.

Later for now. Glad this thing still works.

"Wheels" been influenced by the Middle East?

According to Wheel Of Fortune show runner Charlie Clark, vowel prices are not likely to come down anytime soon unless America improves its standing in the Middle East.

Really? Now we have to ask permission from the world regarding our game shows? Well it seems maybe Messiah Jesus H. Obama can get the Middle East to "allow" us to use vowels in our game shows. That's as good a reason to vote for him as any other. It shouldn't be too big a trouble since he will already be asking them for permission to allow Americans to eat what they want. Maybe he can slip that request between what size vehicles we should drive and what temperature we should keep our houses at?

Then we have Clinton, in her infinite wisdom, "Let's give a "gas tax holiday" and then let the [Horrible Nasty Inconsiderate Environment raping] Big Oil companies pay it. Wow, they just don't get it.

I've been there.

Mariah Carey reportedly demanded a guarded private toilet during her wedding reception.

The ‘Touch My Body’ singer - who secretly married rapper Nick Cannon in the Bahamas on April 30 - is said to have specifically asked for the exclusive facilities at Los Angeles’ Six Flags Magic Mountain Theme Park on Tuesday night.

You know, normally I tend to get a little riled up at the pampering of celebrities, but if I was rich, I swear to God I would have bodyguards with me just to stand outside while I did the doody. There is NO more vulnerable time for a human being than when they’re squatting. Think about it, take the most badass person you can think of, Chuck Norris, Bruce lee, whoever. Then imagine you attacking them right in the middle of them dropping a deuce. Yeah, that’s right, you probably win that fight because NO ONE, not Norris, not Lee, wants to get up from the pot while they have a turd-ass. So basically, I feel Mariah on this one.

Good Night.

#2

Yeah, so it's been a while.

Anyway, we have been lazy about posting here (actually #1 and #3 are no help at all). Been trying to decide what to write so I may just ramble on here for a minuet.
Oh yeah, Santiago, first known as Roberto, was caught by "Sheriff Joe" and shipped off to Mexico. His cousin says not to expect him back. I am betting he will be at work on Monday. That whole Government site is a joke. Those who don't know, the government set up a website to verify all new hire employees resident documentation. Everyone we hire has to go through this. Roberto gave us his information and after running the SS# comes back there is a problem. Now we have to fire him within 10 days unless he gets the SS# resolved. Comes back a few days later, now he's named Santiago. This paperwork runs through the system and comes back good. Whatever.
This stupid site is as big a joke as the administrations "attempt" on border security.

Anyway, we are going to the lake for mothers day, Yes it was the wife's idea. not mine. I will not argue with her though (being the good husband I am). This will be of course after lunch with my mom. Well I am off to get things done here. Oh yeah, I have to post a few of the projects that #3 and I have been building. That will come soon.

Oblivious to reality

The details are a bit sketchy since I don't have the email anymore, but you'll get the gist of it.

So I get an email from a friend and she says, "You have to read this." Apparently her boss is active in the political world and has an opportunity to go to Washington D.C. for some seminar or something. He sends an email out to his company asking for money for a plane ticket. He mentions that even 5 or 10 dollars will help out. He also says that by helping him get to D.C. the contributors will "help do some good in the country."

Now, I'm all about helping someone get somewhere if they are in a competition and need to get somewhere and they really don't have the money. But you expect that someone who is your boss, and obviously makes more than everyone else could get enough money to get a plane ticket that would be at the most $600. As you can assume there was a bunch of funny emails and messages back at him, and the best part is, the boss couldn't figure out why everyone was laughing about it. I think he needs to think that through the next time he asks for something like that.

Perspective Thought

This is primarily about perspective.

Got a job? Actually, no you don’t. Your EMPLOYER has a job. He pays you to do it. You can’t give the job to someone else, therefore it is not yours. Your employer can give your job to someone else therefore, you are a place keeper. Remember that. Often, someone else can keep the same place as effectively. Or more.

Your life is the same thing. It is allotted to you by the Creator. You cannot give it to someone else, for you do not own it. The creator owns it. You are just using it. You are just the tenant.

Interesting from that perspective, is it not?
